The Verkhovna rada if Ukraine has adopted as a basis the bill "On regulatory and legal acts"

According to the Bill (Re.№1343-1) it is suggested to regulate the adoption, implementation, state registration and accounting of regulatory-legal acts, to determine the system, types, hierarchy of regulatory-legal acts, and also to establish the only regulations forming technique for all the subjects of regulations forming.
